Shipping
We process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including size, fit, or change of mind.
Damaged items: If your package arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@softunion.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
We recommend reviewing size charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing, as we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges.
