Time

Your friend is a pro wrestler
but that is not the reason why he hurts himself

Autumn is deepening
a small plot of land behind your Grandparents’ house
where you search for dinosaurs

You give your friend peanut butter, banana and oats drenched in almond milk
but that is not the reason why he hurts himself

The unnamed blue flowers will bloom again

Cow Rose

Oswald is resting in McDonalds
raising the stock of cow womb
and attempting spoons

I’m not going south of New York
not for all your Russian quarter pounders

under the moon’s light
a miner cleans his nails

The End of Autumn

The sun sets behind her
a posture of infinity
church and cathedral

anonymous call from the fastfood spot
Astrid is made of autumn

and on this vision
and this earth
falling asleep in rage
